to St. Jude

O kindSaint-Jude, our faithful intercessor to Jesus, receive the following special intentions : to present them to the Almighty Lord, Root of all good. Above all, grant us an increase of our faith in His love. May each day find us closer in our relationship with our Heavenly Father. KindSaint-Jude, you who has revived hope in our hearts, you whose model merits and life bring us the divine blessings and graces, be our advocate, and lead us to Jesus and Mary. With you, blessed apostle, we give thanks and praise God with all our heart for His innumerable kindnesses. Amen.

Dear friends of Saint Jude, We are in the season of Advent, our spiritual preparation for the feast of the Incarnation of the Son of God. Yes, may we come "to share in the divinity of Christ who shares our humanity"!

To celebrate the Nativity of the Lord, here is my translation of a prayer coming from Haïti.

If Christmas is Peace, peace must pass by our hands.
Give peace to your neighbor.
If Christmas is Light, light shall flourish in our live.
Go to your brother to brighten his days.
If Christmas is Joy, joy must shine on our faces.
Smile to the world so it will become happiness.
If Christmas is Hope, hope must grow in our hearts.
Sow hope in the hollow of each man.
If Christmas is Love, we must be it's instruments.
Bear love to all the hungry of the world.

Be assured that each Thursday of Saint Jude and on Christmas day, mass is celebrated for you who entrust us your prayer intentions.

Saint Jude, you are the Saint of Hope, direct us always to Christ, to his message that is full of life, hope and fraternity. Saint Jude, pray to God for us!
