The Monthly Note
May 2016
May is called the "month of Mary". Every "Thursday to St. Jude", at mass, after praying for all your intentions in front of the Saint of Hope statue, we turn to Mary, Our Lady of the Rosary. Praying a Hail Mary, we entrust her all your intentions, assured that she intercedes for us, as the Mother Christ gave us; yes, Mary, pray for us now!
Here’s a translation of a prayer that may help many people who entrust their intentions:
‘’Mary, our mother, remember your children who find life burdensome and may be discouraged : be close to them, Mary, revive their courage, keep them in hope.
Remember your children taken into slavery to sin and who do not have the strength to get out : be close to them, Mary, assure them of the Lord's mercy.
Remember that some of your children have moved away from the House and are indifferent of Jesus and his Church : be close to them, Mary, may they know you're still their mother and that the door is always open.
Remember your children who care and want to follow Jesus and his Word : be close to them, Mary, to support their generosity, and remind them of the joy promised to the faithful disciples.
Remember us, your children, happy to proclaim you blessed because you are holy and beautiful, because you are living with your son.
Be close to us, who are still on the road; be near us, as a sign of hope and consolation.
Remember us, Mary, do not forget us!‘’
